At Divaar.pk, every piece is cut and finished in our workshop, many of them made to order. Please read this before you buy.
Damaged or wrong item
If your order arrives damaged, bent or different from what you ordered, message us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and the packaging. We will repair, replace or refund it at no cost to you.
Change of mind
Ready-made items in their original condition and packaging can be returned within 7 days of delivery. Return delivery is paid by the customer. Once we receive and check the item, we refund the item price (not the original delivery charge) within 7 working days.
Custom and personalised orders
Pieces made to your size, finish or text (names, verses, logos) cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or differ from the design you approved.
Refund method
Cash-on-delivery orders are refunded by bank or mobile-wallet transfer. Transfer orders are refunded to the account you paid from.
